ProWIN is committed to both community and generosity of spirit. At each luncheon, we feature a charitable organization whose primary focus is women. ProWIN provides publicity and visibility for the featured organization both at the luncheon and in all communications distributed to our members that are associated with the event. • The Edge Connection Mentoring Opportunity

Studies show that a mentor’s involvement in a mentee’s development is one of the most important factors in raising professional confidence and career achievement.  We realize, however, that each of our businesses are unique – with its own priorities, needs, talents, and time constraints – and so we try to provide as many different kinds of opportunities for involvement as possible.  This year ProWIN is partnering with The Edge Connection for community outreach.

The Edge Connection is a nonprofit organization that has helped entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed since 1998. In 2004, it was certified as the Metro Atlanta Small Business Association Women’s Business Center. Clients include low-to-moderate income women, minorities, veterans and people with disabilities.  Their website is www.theedgeconnection.com
