Luncheons: You may pre-register and pay online for any luncheon with your Debit or Credit Card until noon the Monday before the luncheon. You must pre-register and pay online by this deadline to guarantee your seat. Walk-in registrations may be available on the day of the event but are not guaranteed. There will be an additional charge of $10 for any walk-in registration.
Other events: You may pre-register and pay online for any non-luncheon event with your Debit or Credit card until 12:00 PM noon three business days before the event. Walk-in registrations for other events may be available but cannot be guaranteed. There will be a $10 additional charge for any walk-in registration.
If you paid for an event in advance and are unable to attend you may receive a refund (less a $10 service charge) if you notify us by 12:00 PM five business days prior to the event. All refunds will be returned using the same method you used for payment.
After the cancellation deadline, you may designate a substitute attendee. On the day of the event, the substitute must present a copy of your receipt or e-mail registration verification to be admitted to the event.
