Why Become A ProWIN Sponsor?

We are your target market. A ProWIN member is a woman who is actively building her business, usually in a professional or entrepreneurial role. ProWIN Sponsors gain exposure and access to the ever-growing and dynamic community of Atlanta businesswomen.

ProWIN Sponsor Levels

Premier Sponsor

Requirements: $1,000 paid to ProWIN

Term: 12 calendar months beginning with 1^st day of the month the $1,000 payment is received by ProWIN (or the first day of the following month if payment is received during the last 5 business days of a month). Payments made either by check payable to the “Professional Women’s Information Network, Inc.” or by credit card.

Premier Sponsor Benefits include:

• One (1) Twelve Month ProWIN membership; to run concurrently with sponsor term (an existing membership may be extended for the additional 12 months)
• Sponsor name, logo and link to sponsor website featured on the ProWIN website for the sponsorship term
• Ability to post signs and/or have a table at each luncheon event during the sponsorship term
• Acknowledgment from the podium at the ProWIN luncheons during the sponsorship term
• Sponsor nametags for all sponsor attendees at luncheons during the sponsorship term
• Sponsor name and logo on all promotional e-mails for the luncheons during the sponsorship term
• Sponsor name and logo on Power Point slides shown at beginning of each luncheon during the sponsorship term
• Sponsor name and logo on any other marketing communications from ProWIN during the sponsorship term (other event notices, newsletters, etc)
• Six (6) individual luncheon tickets during the sponsorship term; these can be used by sponsor and/or sponsor’s guests. Sponsor will be given a code to use for registering self and/or guests through prowin.com.
• Ability to place information at the luncheon tables/chairs for each luncheon
• Practice Area exclusivity within Premier Sponsorship

Luncheon Sponsor

Requirements: Must commit, submit $250 payment (by check or credit card), and provide sponsor logo and information no later than six (6) weeks prior to desired luncheon. Term: One luncheon, including the six weeks prior to the luncheon during which the luncheon is promoted.

Luncheon Sponsor Benefits include:

• Sponsor name, logo and link to sponsor website featured on the ProWIN website while the sponsored luncheon is being promoted
• Acknowledgment from the podium at the sponsored luncheon
• Sponsor nametags for all sponsor attendees at the sponsored luncheon
• Sponsor name and logo on all promotional e-mails for the sponsored luncheon
• Sponsor name and logo on Power Point slides shown at beginning of the sponsored luncheon
• Opportunity for luncheon sponsor to make brief presentation or hold quick giveaway (2-4 minutes maximum) at beginning of sponsored luncheon
• One (1) ticket to sponsored luncheon for a sponsor representative
• Ability to place information at the luncheon tables/chairs for the sponsored luncheon
• Ability to post signs and/or have a table at the sponsored luncheon
• Practice Area exclusivity for the sponsored luncheon

Table Sponsor

Requirements: Must commit and submit $150 payment (by check or credit card) no later than six (6) weeks prior to desired luncheon.

Term: One luncheon event

Table Sponsor benefits include:

• Ability to post signs and have a table at the sponsored luncheon; can display and sell your products at the table directly to interested attendees
• Acknowledgment from the podium at the sponsored luncheon

Supporting Sponsors

Supporting sponsorships are offered by the ProWIN board on a very limited basis. Supporting sponsors have agreed to provide services of significant value and direct benefit to ProWIN in exchange for their sponsor benefits.
