Kelli Clay helps busy professionals stress less, so they can achieve their goals, be more productive and thrive at work and in life. Her program is called “Train Your Brain to Stress Less and Thrive.” It is not meditation, yoga or other time-consuming strategies. Instead, she teaches a method easily incorporated into daily life that she developed as a former professor at Georgia State University, Perimeter College.

At Georgia State, Kelli created a college class in which she taught students to “Stress Less, Achieve More.” Her students’ life-transforming success stories inspired her to take her teachings to the corporate world. Students told Kelli they had better focus, more energy, better grades, better relationships, and a more positive outlook. After hearing this from many students, she knew the professional world could benefit, as well.

Kelli offers free telephone discovery sessions and presentations to organizations to teach people how her method works. Her offerings include individual programs and workshops for corporations. Workshops can be customized to meet the needs of the organization. For example, she created a workshop for realtors called, “Become a Brave and Amazing Cold Caller: How to Overcome the Stress of Cold Calling.”

Kelli’s career started as a Mechanical Engineer from Georgia Tech providing technical support for marketing. Then she found her passion in wellness so, she left engineering to earn a master’s degree in the field of kinesiology and health at Georgia State where she first began studying stress management. Since then she has managed a corporate health-fitness center, coached people to better health and taught at Georgia State University. Kelli is also a certified health coach through Wellcoaches and a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
