Lesley Hatfield is a shining example of the entrepreneurial spirit. As a business strategist and owner, she has created multiple businesses in a variety of industries. Sharing her experience and expertise as a guest lecturer for university level business programs, Lesley enlightens students about the advantages of working for themselves, while highlighting her passion for building a strong community of successful business people.
Currently, she is a partner and the director of business development for Integrated Financial Group, one of the largest financial planning consortiums in the country. Her Partner Kevin Garrett is a nationally recognized Financial Advisor. The team focuses their extensive planning strategies around their clients’ goals and dreams before and during retirement. Lesley and Kevin are most passionate about assisting individuals who are dealing with life transitions such as divorce, remarrying, loss of spouse or changing jobs or careers.
Prior to partnering with IFG, Lesley was the founder of NiteSweatz, a nationally licensed moisture-wicking loungewear and sleepwear company. Hatfield and NiteSweatz have been featured in national press outlets such as Entrepreneur Magazine, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, The AJC, Atlanta Magazine, Points North, Ladies Who Launch, O: The Oprah Magazine, Health, Body, Pregnancy, Paula Dean, The View, CNBC and The Today show.
Holding dual degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Management from Miami of Ohio, Lesley built a large client base of both professional and nonprofessional athletes including Olympians. She also founded Fitworks Inc., a wellness consulting company promoting health and fitness in corporate America.
Ms. Hatfield lives in Johns Creek with her life partner Kevin, their 3 children, a cat named Scott and a bearded dragon named Larry. When she’s not being an uber mom she enjoys all kinds of exercise, working in the yard, travel and good wine with friends.
