MatchKey loves to work with millennials. Millennials are currently the largest segment in the workplace and within two years, will make up at least 50% of all jobs in the USA. Because of the times they grew up in, many have not learned “the lost art” of building relationships, referral networks and pipelines
Another key focus for MatchKey are females in the workplace. Women sometimes struggle to tell their story, say “no” and seize opportunities. Almost 47% of U.S. workers are women. Mothers are the primary or sole earners for 40% of households with children under 18 today.
During Jennifer’s career, she has been a sales director, commercial banking relationship manager, new business developer, trainer and curriculum designer. She has mentored scores of young professionals and loves putting those best practices and tips into MatchKey programming.
