How to Build a Referral-Based Business
The relationships built in business often mean the difference between feast or famine. Mastering the art of building business through referrals takes more than just great networking skills; it requires enacting a process that equals a win for all involved. This panel discussion focuses on the referral process and how it is used to build a sustainable, thriving business in any industry.
The three panelists have each built their practices entirely on referrals. They will discuss how to get qualified referrals and then leverage those connections in business. Attendees will gain an understanding of:
- the process and pitfalls of making and receiving referrals;
- how to leverage referrals to grow a business;
- how to keep a full pipeline of qualified referrals.
About the panel:
All three panelists are partners at the law firm of Koufman, Levine & Greiner, LLP.
Lauren Marlow Greiner provides practical legal solutions to businesses at all stages of development, as well as for individuals and families through the estate planning and asset protection planning process.
Michelle W. Koufman applies her detailed knowledge of elder law, trust and estates, tax law, as well as complex federal and state government regulations to serve clients in the midst of life’s most difficult emotional challenges.
Elaine Levine represents individuals, married couples, partners, and families as they make their end-of-life decisions, as well as estate representatives in probate matters after the death of a loved person.
The panel will be moderated by Anita R. Henderson, owner of The Write Image, a literary consultancy and book publishing services company.
