Senior VP – Operations for Cresa Atlanta
Paula Fowler is the Senior VP – Operations for Cresa Atlanta and is responsible for all aspects of management of this commercial real estate company. Cresa is an international corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents office and industrial tenants. It is the largest pure tenant-only representation firm in North America, with more than 58 offices. Cresa Atlanta is one of the top 10 offices nationally. Paula is Chair of the Operations Task Force and serves on the Board of Cresa Cares, the non-profit charitable organization of Cresa.
Paula is a strategic leader with proven ability to create company-wide vision and drive results. She has over 20 years of management and consulting experience in small to mid-sized businesses across a broad range of functional areas, including sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, software development, operations and HR. Paula has served in CEO and COO positions for several companies and is skilled as an internal consultant in analyzing existing operations and implementing strategies, processes and technology to improve profitability.
She is the immediate past President of Georgia Executive Women’s Network (GEWN) and facilitated the merger with ProWIN in mid-2014. She serves on the Board of the Atlanta Chapter of CoreNet, a global real estate organization, and is the Chair of the Programs Committee. Paula is also an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida. She participates on the TAG Finance Society Board and on the Advisory Board of Jeffrey’s Voice.
Paula earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA – Finance from Georgia State University. She is married and has three adult children.
