Biz Brainery, LLC
Melissa Sager brings over 15 years of experience as a Controller, Director, CFO and Leader to Biz Braineery. She graduated Cum Laude from West Texas State University, earning a BBA in Accounting, while simultaneously working full time and raising kids. Out of necessity, she began developing invaluable planning and organization skills.
Her entrepreneurial spirit directed her career path towards small to mid-size companies, which presented opportunities in various industries. That small biz environment cultivated innovation, inspired enthusiasm, and identified her aptitude for utilizing technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. It also widened exposure to all aspects of the organization and prepared her for leading cross-departmental projects, strategic planning, and building relationships. This is where Melissa adopted a more holistic approach to problem-solving, enriched by true collaboration with all team members and different disciplines. She brings a unique combination of this methodology, supplemented by extensive knowledge and experience with a passion for helping business owners and staff reach their fullest potential.
In her spare time, she enjoys finding eclectic antiques to decorate her home, and running “Camp Meme” in the summer for the five grandkids.
