One of the most effective ways to grow your influence is to step into a volunteer leadership role - learning alongside supportive colleagues rather than in the hot seat of your day job. PROWIN has many growth opportunities for its members, both on committees and in our coveted board positions. EVENTS - Manage event planning for the Happy Hours, Holiday Party, and other social events

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - Research and recruit Signature Luncheon speakers, plan, develop and execute webinars, workshops and presentations to help our membership grow professionally

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS - Develop annual marketing plan, coordinate and direct branding and marketing communications initiatives

MEMBERSHIP - Onboard new members, develop membership retention strategies, select Member Spotlights, plan and host Member-Guest Lunches

SPONSORSHIP - Recruit and oversee all sponsorship initiatives and programs

If you aren’t able or interested in being on a specific committee, you can be a Volunteer at Large. Volunteers at Large are not associated with a particular committee but are available to help out with specific tasks now and then. Possible tasks might include calling a list of people to invite them to an event, or showing up early to a luncheon to help set up.
